Who makes the best asset to a team? My guess is someone who is approachable, someone who cares as much about your company as you do and someone who is dedicated to high-quality, professional work. It makes sense to hire an assistant who loves assisting! That someone is me. I love all things office: organizing, streamlining, scheduling and coordinating. You could even say I am passionate about it – as is evidenced by an unusual exuberance for office supplies!
My goal is to play a key role in assisting law firms and entrepreneurs tackle those time consuming, yet important tasks thus giving them the freedom to focus on what truly motivates them. I offer traditional general and legal office administrative services, with a methodical approach and a winning attitude.
For nearly fifteen years, I have provided senior-level administrative support to executive and leadership teams, including acting as a Legal Assistant, Data Entry professional, and Office Clerk. These experiences in administrative management have empowered a strong command of scheduling, organization, client-facing communication, and team coordination. I anticipate needs, boost organizational productivity and performance and implement best practices. Having operated and managed an in-home childcare facility I could change my middle name to multitasking!
